About: The Carrollton Greenbelt is an 16.97 mile-long loop trail around the City of Carrollton. It travels through parks, schools, employment centers, Tanner Hospital, and bisects the University of West Georgia campus.

It is relatively flat making it a great trail for the entire family to enjoy. Hard-core cyclists will enjoy the five miles paralleling the Little Tallapoosa River where pedestrians are seldom seen.

The City of Carrollton recently completed a spoke trail from the south side of the Greenbelt into the downtown square. They also plan a spoke trail from the north side to downtown along Rome Street.
