About: The City of Winder welcomes you to the Wilkins Greenway, a paved, creekside multiuse trail. This segment of the trail, from Lee Street to the Fort Yargo Visitor Center, was built by Winder in partnership with the Georgia Department of Natural Resources, the Georgia Outdoor Stewardship Program and the PATH Foundation. This trail was built to improve connectivity between Fort Yargo State Park and Winder. There is a master plan for this trail to grow far beyond 1.02 miles.
